The SHIFT-MED consortium successfully completed the Kick-off Meeting in Naples, bringing together partners from Europe, Tunisia, Palestine, and Türkiye to officially launch the project and strengthen collaboration towards the twin green and digital transition in Higher Education Institutions.
During the first two days of the meeting, partners aligned on the project’s shared vision, operational framework, governance structure, and implementation roadmap.

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for strategic planning, collaborative discussions, and capacity building while reinforcing strong cooperation among consortium members.
The event concluded with the delivery of participation certificates and a cultural visit to the CartaStorie Museum – Historical Archive of the Banco di Napoli, further strengthening networking and intercultural exchange among partners.
