University of Jendouba to Host SHIFT-MED Workshop on Sustainability Strategy and Green Curricula
The University of Jendouba, Tunisia, will host a workshop on 4 November 2026 dedicated to its institutional sustainability strategy and the identification of pedagogical priorities for green curricula. The event will take place from 09:30 to 12:30 at Amphitheater 5 of the University of Jendouba.
Organised within SHIFT-MED’s Work Package 2, “Enhancing Institutional Capacity for Green Governance,” the workshop will focus on strengthening the integration of sustainability into university planning and educational provision. Discussions will address the university’s sustainability strategy and priorities for embedding green knowledge and competencies into curricula.
The workshop supports SHIFT-MED’s wider ambition to advance the green and digital transitions in Mediterranean higher education. Its focus aligns with Sustainable Development Goals 4 (Quality Education), 13 (Climate Action) and 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
SHIFT-MED — Shaping the Future of Universities: Twin Transitions across the Mediterranean — is co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education programme.
